Our Vision for the future

As a school growing in numbers we now also need to grow in size and facilities. In Spring 2019 we will commence an ambitious building project which will see our campus grow from the current 3,400sqm to 7,600 smq.

Our new building will include more Primary age classrooms to allow us to have two classes in each of our year groups as well as specialist Secondary classrooms.

Likewise the extension will include fully-equipped Science laboratories, Music rooms an Art room, Computing space, an additional Library and Study Centre, as well as additional rooms for specific Secondary subjects. We will also develop a space for Performing Arts.

Our current sporting facilities at the school will be increased to provide dedicated changing rooms for wet and dry sporting activities and a full size indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool will also contain a teaching pool for our younger children to learn how to swim.

Outdoors: We will improve our facilities by offering an all-weather sports pitch on which a variety of sports can be practiced. After finishing the new building the next step in the future will be to have an outdoor sports pitch.

We are very excited with the plans for the expansion of King’s College Latvia and look forward to seeing our classrooms ready for use in September 2020, while our other facilities we expect to follow soon after.
